Creative Director
& Story-teller
I’m Tia Nicole Newton — a Creative Director, strategic marketer, and researcher-driven storyteller with 15+ years of experience building brands that move culture forward.
Armed with a Master’s Degree in Fine Art and a deep understanding of audience behavior, I bring a Swiss army knife approach to creative problem-solving — blending design, data, and cultural insight to drive measurable impact.

My work spans industries including beauty, fashion, production, government, and tech — from national campaigns for Dunkin’ and the Legal Defense Fund, to large-scale public initiatives for the City of Baltimore. I’ve rebranded major festivals like AFRAM (the largest African American art and music festival on the East Coast), produced creative for the launch of Charm City Live, and led messaging for Baltimore’s overdose prevention campaign.
At Revolt TV, I helped define the brand’s visual identity across platforms — managing multi-platform campaigns and guiding a team of designers through the launch of major properties like Caresha Please, Assets Over Liabilities, the Michelle Obama special, Bet on Black (in partnership with Target), and the Revolt Summit.

As a marketer, I’m deeply rooted in research. Whether it's identifying what resonates with Gen Z or uncovering audience insights that inform social-first creative, I approach campaigns with a balance of intuition and data. I specialize in turning audience behavior and brand purpose into content that performs — whether that means 46M organic views on TikTok or reshaping how cities connect with their communities.

I don’t just make things look good — I make them work. And I build teams, campaigns, and creative systems that do the same.
